Winter blues

Well, its seems that Winter is upon us all once again, and it seems that a depression is sweeping the nation (well, around Exeter anyway) and infecting people like the common cold.

I too at the beginning of this week felt the bite of the Winter blues, for no reason what so ever i felt down, and a bit sorry for myself. Now, I’m not really one of those people that worry about things, or get stressed or depressed, so this was a weird occurrence. Luckily it was only for a day, and after a good nights sleep i was back to my happy annoying self again lol.

But then, yesterday my girlfriend came down with the blues too, staying upset all day, and when asked why she didn’t know. then i thought, my friend that i live with had a “down” weekend a couple weeks ago too. He too didn’t know why, but he was moaping about and generally unhappy.

I’ve not really got a point, or a leason at the end of this post, just beware of the Winter blues, and if you feel yourself coming down (or feeling down) with it, stay away from me lol.
